ACME has created this privacy statement in order to demonstrate our firm commitment to privacy. The following discloses the information gathering and dissemination practices for ACME’s Web site and products.

Web Site

IP addresses of visitors to our Web site may be used to help diagnose problems with our server and to administer our Web site. IP addresses may also be used to compile general demographic information. We will not attempt to identify individual users through their IP addresses.

Order/registration Forms

Our site or our programs may use an order form for customers to register or request information, products, and services. We collect contact information (like their email address), but NOT financial information (like their account or credit card numbers). This information is used to ship orders and/or to keep users updated on product development. Any credit card processing is managed by a certified third parties.

ACME does not sell or use your private information for any purpose other than to ship you your order, to contact you if there is a problem with your order, to keep you informed of ACME products.
